• Keep track of orders in-house via CRM/order-database and emails (Deadline / Deliverables Tracking)
• Database Building / Updating Contacts or CRM
• Design brochures, logos, signs/banners, business cards and forms with templates provided
• Create/design print/e-mail newsletters
• Answering Customer Service Emails /Tickets / Chat Support
• Maintaining List in E-mail Marketing Software
• Adding and Removing Subscribers from Lists
• Creating and Scheduling Broadcast Emails to Promote Content
• Editing Follow-up Emails and Autoresponders
• Product research and sourcing via Database
• Train future additional assistants
