I moved into this home in June 2006. It was my first home that I ever owned by myself. It was new and I am the original owner. I had recently gotten a divorce and was looking for a place for my youngest son and I to live. Since this was a new adventure for me I needed security and to feel safe. I felt safe living here and I was close to shopping and to the schools. When I first saw this town home I fell in love with it. It reminded me of the town homes that I had seen in Alexandria, Virginia. It appeared grandeur. Derek, my son loved it too. In fact, he picked it out. His room was so large. He had room to put a big screen TV, a couch, and a desk for his computer along with his bed. This son is now doing his Masters at Georgia Tech and will finish next year. Maybe it was the ambiance of this house and the love that enabled him to focus and become what he is now. Successful, mature and so grounded. My son also planted two rose bushes in the front of this town home on Mothers Day. They have grown so much and are so beautiful. Lots of memories. Since I loved to cook the kitchen was important to me. I enjoyed looking out on the dining room and the family room and watching everyone gathering around chatting, laughing and having a good time. I love the open floor plan. The holidays were very special to us in this home. The deck was great for entertaining. The peacefulness of the backyard along with the privacy. The neighbors were quiet and it was fun to grill out and socialize. This home has many fond memories that I shall take with me forever. It is charming and has lots of class.
