Rate for agent seat is at
USD 150.00 ( Negotiable) per agent per shift per month.
USD 300.00 ( Negotiable) per agent per 2 shift per month
USD 280.00 ( Negotiable) per agent for 24/7 shift


Our contract provisions are as follows:
1. Term can be from as short as 6 months to a year or more depending on your requirements
2. The seat cost is based on an 8 hour shift for a six (6) day operation or 9 hour shift for a five (5) days;
3. Biometrics with time stamp for Daily Time Recording.
4. CCTV access for 24/7 on site or off site.
5. Vicci Box Dialer | Octacore Processor with Administration access on site or off site.
