XML-bulkuppladdning för fastighetsbyråer: Automatiskt importerade listor över fastigheter på Gvanga

Steg för att ansluta till tjänsten:
Steg 1: Skapa en XML-fil (flöde) - en strukturerad, uppdaterad datafil på din sida. Format som kan användas är listade nedanför.
Steg 2: Registrering på Gvanga.com. För att ladda upp ett XML-flöde måste du vara en registrerad användare på vår hemsida. Vänligen notera att import av XML-flöden är inte tillgängliga för företag.
Steg 3: Skicka en URL till XML-filen. Du kan skriva in din feedback I fältet nedan eller skicka en länk till ditt XML-flöde genom att gå till “Mitt konto” sidan och under “XML-flöden”.
Efter att du lagt till ditt XML-flöde kommer det att bli verifierat och granskat av moderatorn.
Då det godkänns kommer data från ditt XML-flöde att laddas upp automatiskt till vår hemsida en gång per dag. I “Mitt konto” under fliken “Annonser från XML-fil” kan du hantera dina importerade annonser.
Krav för flöde
Vänligen notera att alla annonser uppladdade från din XML-fil måste uppfylla våra Användarvillkor och publiceringspolicy. Undvik att repetera kontaktinformation och länkar till resurser online i annonstexten (
Relevans – flödet skall enbart innehålla relevant data om annonser.
Redigering av tidigare importerade annonser ska implementeras genom att uppdatera tidigare existerande data.
Tekniska krav för ditt flöde
- Flödets URL måste vara permanent och tillgänglig via HTTP.
- Flödet bör skapas i UTF-8.
- En HTML-kod är inte tillåten.
- De första 32 karaktärerna av ASCII koden (förutom nummer 9, 10 and 13) skall inte användas i textrutorna.
- Dessutom bör ett visst tecken ersättas med koder noterat nedan:

XML-flödets format
Each XML document should begin with an XML declaration:

XML file must contain the root element 'catalog' with the feed creation date:

Each ad is formed by the element 'offer', for which you need to define a unique ID in the file.
