Si vous êtes une agence immobilière et vous avez un grand volume de listes de propriétés à publier, vous avez la possibilité d'effectuer un téléchargement XML en bloc gratuit pour les annonces immobilières ** sur GVANGA.COM
Étapes de connexion au service :
Étape 1: Créez un fichier XML (flux) - un fichier de données structuré et mis à jour sur votre site. Le format pris en charge est spécifié ci-dessous.
Étape 2: Inscription sur Gvanga.com. Pour télécharger le flux XML, vous devez être un utilisateur enregistré de notre site. Veuillez noter que le service d'importation de flux XML n'est disponible que pour les entreprises.
Étape 3: Soumettre une URL du flux XML Vous pouvez remplir le formulaire ci-dessous ou envoyer un lien vers votre flux XML à partir de la page « Mon compte » sous « Flux XML ».
Après avoir ajouté votre flux XML, il sera vérifié et contrôlé par nos modérateurs.
Une fois approuvée, les données de votre flux XML seront automatiquement téléchargées et mises à jour sur notre site Web une fois par jour. Sur la page « Mon compte » sous l'onglet « Annonces de flux XML », vous pouvez gérer les annonces importées.
Exigences du flux
Veuillez noter que toutes les annonces téléchargées depuis votre fichier XML doivent être conformes à notre politique de publication. Évitez de dupliquer les coordonées et les liens vers des ressources en ligne dans le texte de votre annonce (
Pertinence - le flux doit contenir uniquement des données pertinentes sur les annonces.
La modification des annonces importées précédemment doit être effectuée en mettant à jour les données existantes.
Exigences techniques pour votre flux
- L'URL du flux doit être permanente et accessible via HTTP.
- Le flux doit être créé en UTF-8.
- Le code HTML n'est pas autorisé.
- Les 32 premiers caractères des codes ASCII (à l'exception des numéros 9, 10 et 13) ne doivent pas être utilisés dans les zones de texte.
- De plus, certains caractères doivent être remplacés par des codes comme indiqué ci-dessous :

Format du flux XML
Each XML document should begin with an XML declaration:

XML file must contain the root element 'catalog' with the feed creation date:

Each ad is formed by the element 'offer', for which you need to define a unique ID in the file.
