Qualification: BE CIVIL/ BE Mechanical - Should have cleared TOEFL or GRE/SAT/ACT. Should have own two wheeler and Android Mobile Phone. In case of dual Sim Phone Companies Whats app and mail shall be configured on the mobile phone.
Preferred Industries and profiles:
Interiors and Construction - Glass/Windows / Modular Kitchen/Plywood / Mica/laminates Industries.
Companies - Aluminium and uPVC window manufacturers like Fenesta/Sales of Aluminium products especially in window and doors manufacturing.
Experience : Candidates experienced in Facade Industries are preferred 2.Person with experience in Window manufacturing or selling/ handling dealership business for high-end construction materials like fittings for doors/kitchens/rooms/windows/tiles will have priority.

1. Experienced in Relationship Development with Architects,
2. Should develop handle Key Accounts of 50 Architects
3. Person with extensive travelling experience in Central India for developing Market
4. Managing profitability of Business Partners
5. Should Visit 2 New Architects and One New Client Everyday
6. Better Follow up with End Customers
7. Leadership ability to lead team size of 10 and more directly and indirectly.
8. End to end responsibility of creating sales for the organization.
9. Solution Provider
10. Good Liasoning with end customers and service provider
11. Updating Daily Sales Report & sharing it to Schueco/Fundermax/HIRAOKA and Management.
Additional information:
CTC -8,000/- Per Month + Petrol @Rs. 1.5/km and Mobile Sim. Incentives can reach up to 15,000/- per month. Targets are only for efforts for first six months. Post six months completion the Salary will be increased to 12,000/- per month. Annual increment after confirmation will be as per HR Policy ranging between 10 to 25 %. Minimum job period of 2 years is a must. Candidates who can give a guarantee chq equivalent to 5 months salary may only apply. If you leave before 2 years you will have to pay us a Salary equivalent to 5 Months current Salary. After completion of 2 years you are free to work and continue with us, Guarantee Chq of 1 month notice period is only required.
