Job Description:
- Data Generation of Clients and Associate Partners (Brokers).
- Will be responsible for selling across property to Investors/Buyers
- Source potential clients / Investors and maintain a good work relationship also generate reference from them.
- Advice and discuss various opportunities of property services.
- Focus on Client meeting and Site Visits.
- Acquisition of new Brokers and Business Generation.
- Retention of existing Brokers and generate business from them
- Set up meetings for Brokers.
- Implementation of innovative business strategy to develop Channel
Sales/ Broker Network.
- Regular interaction with brokers.
- Lead generation.
- Cold calling to fix site visits.
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased
business.
- Managing corporate activities in corporate offices and other awareness
programs.
- Plan approaches and pitches.
- Meeting company expectations of assigned work.
