Job Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Reports, Follow up and provide project related updates to the R &D HEAD / OIC.
• Provide after sales product training to clients by conducting training to individuals or group of employee.
• Study and make revisions of existing Manual provided by product manufacturer.
• Create product after sales maintenance, other related products and procedures.
• Consolidate, compile and provide documentation related to conduct trainings and meetings attended.
• Collects information pertaining to work procedures, work flow an reports; understanding job specification function and tasks.
• Ensures operation of equipment by assembling, configuring and testing hardware parts of the system; following manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing results as needed.
• Performs field works and attend meetings as instructed by ESTI Management.
• Provide basic training to junior engineers by sharing ideas and gained from work related experience and studies and supervise work to ensure
Starting Salary: 15,000
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
