JOB QUALIFICATION:

* Male at least 5'5 in height

* Female at least 5'2 in height

* Not more than 28 years old

* At least college level or High school graduate

* With pleasing and strong personality

* Cool, flexible and with dedication to his/her work

* Highly organized and hard-working

* Can communicate well and easily promote items

* Know how to do suggestive selling with customer

* Department Store, Marketing, Promos and Sales experiences is an advantage (at least 1 month)

* We are accepting fresh graduate as long as trainable

JOB DESCRIPTION:

* Ensures the achievement of sales targets;

* Responsible for timely and proper display and replenishment of merchandise;

* Receives and check accuracy of all products deliveries and reports discrepancies immediately;

* Conduct inventory as scheduled;

* Identify and segregate items for pull-out damage, dirty and slow moving;

* Safeguard merchandise from external and internal losses (e.g. theft, damage, etc.);

* Maintain orderliness and cleanliness at the selling and stockroom area;

* Prepare and submit accurate reports on time;

* Provides fast, efficient and courteous service at all times to customers;

* Provide accurate and timely feedback to RAS for store related concerns and other related thereto.
