· Responsible for sourcing, pre-screening, conducting personal and technical interviews, checking references, negotiating salaries and pay rates and other legal process in recruitment etc.
Maintaining a good relationship with Implementation Partners and maintaining a good vendor management system.
Proficient in recruiting techniques like Cold Calling, Networking and Internet based recruiting tools.

Lead Generation:
• Researching, Identifying the right contact and approach and developing the relationship with the potential new clients.
• Scheduling appointments to meet the clients directly.
• End to End Client Co-Ordination - Payment Follow up.
• Experience in doing Invoice.
Client Handling:
• Communicate with Client and get active requirements
• Allocating requirements on priority basis to recruiters, monitoring their works, assisting in finding consultants, screening resumes.
• Ensure profile’s quality before submitting to the client
• Regular follow-up with the client regarding the candidate’s feedback
• Schedule Face to Face interview with clients
