Overall in charge in the sales and marketing operations and project management in terms of planning, organizing and implementing of projects; oversees the progress of the whole project management in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Enhance collaboration of marketing people and construction professionals as well as instructing and supervising them in achieving a more effective team response to construction activity, schedule and quality assurance on and off-site operations.
• Prepare contracts, negotiate terms of agreements, change or add to contractual agreements with all the marketing and construction professionals involved.
• Schedule the projects in logical steps and execute appropriate construction methods or strategies to meet the required deadlines.
• Ensures that quotas and sales target are met.
• Ensure that all supplies and materials are budgeted, estimated, requested and approved latest prior to site specification, designation, implementation and installation to complete construction projects.
• Ensure and monitor the progress of construction projects until completion and conduct assessment of project quality performance of both projects and construction professionals.
• Evaluate possible risks such as dealing with results of delays, bad weather, emergencies etc. to ensure that proper measures and procedures are being carried out.
• Confer with site personnel, contractors etc. to discuss and solve matters such as complaints and construction problems.
• Plan, organize and direct activities concerned with the marketing and construction team.
• Other duties as assigned.
