Job Responsibilities:

• Sourcing leads from the market.
• Sourcing customers for products such as Personal loan.
• Identifying and acquiring New Customers by doing Cold Calls.
• Work as a team in achieving the branch targets.
• Helping to customers for complete documentation process of Sanction and Disbursement.
• Helping to customers customer needs & solving their queries regarding the product.
• Providing door-step service for the customers to fulfill their needs.
• Provide better service to the customers, more than their expectation.
• Achieve monthly sales target.
• Explain the product details and benefits to the customers.
• Analyze the customer requirement and helpful to customers.
• Generate the leads, and follow up the leads till close
