1）Native English Speaker or nearly native level of English competency;
2）Bachelor’s degree or above;
3）TEFL/TESOL/CELTA is a must;
4) 10 years above experience both of ESL teaching and training needed;
5）Work experience in ESL institute of Asia is a big plus.

Key Responsibilities except teaching:
1) Contribute to the strategic and operational direction of the firm through all process of strategic planning and self-evaluation of all aspects of the firm’s work.
2) Assist the Head to lead the education work with enthusiasm, setting high professional standards and ensuring that the education vision is clearly articulated, shared, understood and demonstrated by all staff and students.
3) Help the Head in managing all resources of employment, especially staff resources, so that the School’s vision is delivered.
4) Leading, motivating, supporting, challenging and developing the western & Chinese teaching team and through them all staff, providing effective induction, continuing professional development and performance management in line with the strategic plans.
5) Assist the Head in ensuring foreign academic staff accountabilities are clearly defined, understood and agreed and are subject to appraisal, review and evaluation.
6) Other assigned tasks may reasonably be required by the Head of the firm
