Job Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Coordinates & reports to Account Manager regarding status of each client.
- Responsible for daily telemarketing activities to existing clients.
- Responsible in generating new clients thru telemarketing.
- Responds promptly over telephone calls to all shipping needs, requirements and problems of customers.
- Responsible for preparation of loading reports to be submitted to each client.
- Coordinates with agents regarding schedule of deliveries of shipments to consignee.
- Coordinates with consignee regarding schedule of delivery & withdrawal of van.
- Responsible in photocopying all important documents of each client.
- Responsible in monitoring all the billings.
- Coordinates with the Trucking Dispatcher for daily pick-ups.
- Responsible for check preparation for payments to shipping lines.
- Responsible for the preparation of loading reports to be submitted to each client.
- Responsible in handling pre-alert to all agents for all incoming cargoes
- Coordinates with all Shipping lines for actual loaded containers, shut-out or shut-ins.
- Responsible for encoding/updating all shipments in our tracking system.
- Responsible in submitting Daily Activity Report.
- Directly Reports to the Account Manager and the EVP & COO.
