1. payment terms: 50% payment at the time of order and balance 50% before delivery.
2. price ex noida: transportation cost has to be paid by you when machine
reaches at your place.
3. dye charges extra.
4. free training: a trainer will come at our company. installation of machines
is free of cost. you have to pay for his travel expenses, accomodation and meals.
5. taxes extra: 2% taxes against “c” form, otherwise 14.5% taxes.
6. packing charges extra.

Warrantee: warranties for one year on motor & gear box of the machine.
Packing & local frwd: extra as per actual to be born by you.
Freight : extra as per actual to be born by you.
Delivery: within one months after receiving purchase order and advance.
Insurance: to be arranged by you at your own cost.
Road permit: please send road permit (way bill) for out station if required.
